The Best Times to Walk Your Animals
Maintaining a regular walking schedule is key to keeping animals healthy. They need to be walked at the same time each day.
Every animals needs exercise, though some need more than others. An animal can become injured or overexerted if they do not receive much exercise during the week and then go out for a strenuous jog on the weekend. Short, brisk walks at least every other day are fine for animals that have closed areas where they can do their business every day.The whole story can be found at http://www.education.com/activity/article/craft-wild-animal-puppets/
Avoid taking an animal for a jog immediately before or after a meal. This can cause gas, which is painful for animals and can cause complications. Let the animal go to the bathroom on a relaxed walk just after they eat, and pick up the pace after a half hour or so.
Early mornings are great for walking animals, as there are few small children or wild animals to cause distractions. In the summer, the sun will not have come up yet, so animals that easily overheat can be comfortable. Be sure to equip animals with sweaters or coats in the winter to prevent loss of body heat.
Animals make loyal friends and devoted exercise partners. A furry companion will always be excited to go out on an adventure to a park or a trip around the block.
